The optical power meter PM 215E is a small, pocket-sized, and cost-effective device. Its compact size does not prevent the optical meter from meeting all technical requirements for field equipment. The tester can be used as a pocket power meter or as a USB probe, part of a test workstation. It can be easily placed in ODFs for rack mounting with the display on the top or side. The rechargeable Li-Pol battery ensures a long operating time with a minimum lifespan of 2 years. The device can store measurement data that can be uploaded to a PC. The display’s backlight makes it easier to read measurement data in low-light conditions.
