ECE3 ETSI Splice Termination Cabinet Optokon Premium

The ECE3 series is designed for ETSI racks with a depth of 300 mm, allowing for splicing and termination in a convenient housing unit. The ECE3 terminates up to 144 fibers in a 7SU distribution frame (ETSI height). This unit features an angled panel for mounting various optical adapters (SC, LC, E2000, etc.), which reduces the cabinet’s depth. The swing-out shelf provides unrestricted access to the splicing area and termination panels from the front, rear, and top.
The ETSI philosophy is entirely different, as it is based on the metric system. The height of the SU (system unit) is 25 mm. This type cannot be used in standard 19-inch racks.
