Active optical cable – 40 Gbps to 4x 10 Gbps application Optokon Premium
The OPTOKON Active Cable offers a cost-effective solution for aggregating 4 discrete SFP+ channels into a single parallel QSFP+ 40G interface. For typical applications, users can install this active optical cable between the 40G QSFP port and four upstream 10Gbps SFP+ ports (such as server manufacturers supporting 40/10 Gbps or data centers with 10 Gbps requirements in an aggregation architecture) over distances of up to 150 meters.
